At a team level I work with team members to ensure optimum performance of teams, team development, conflict resolution and to obtain a competitive advantage over their competitors. In teams it is important to identify hindrances to winning performance and to develop strategies for optimum performance.

Team members must strive to achieve the same goals, and have trust and loyalty towards each other. With my team interventions I work with the team to ensure they work as a unit, giving each team member a feeling of belongingness and ensuring effective communication, responsibility, accountability, trust, reliability, competence and transparency within the team.

At an organisational level, I assist organisations to achieve their goals and objectives and to improve organisational effectivess and efficiency. My services include strategic planning, leadership development, change management, reward and recognition, selection and recruitment, talent management, policies and procedures and performance management.

During organisational consultancy I work closely with top management to ensure the interventions implemented will achieve the expected and desired results. An evaluation of the implemented changes will also be conducted to measure the successful implementation of the intervention/s. 

I conduct in-depth interviews with clients  to gain valuable insights and make use of accredited psychometric assessments to help individuals understand their unique combination of interests, abilities and personalilities as well as the driving forces of their motivation. This information as well as the career guidance and counselling sessions enable them to make informed career decisions.

Using my expertise and experience I provide Medico/Psycho Legal Services, which is aimed at providing an expert opinion on the impact of the accident/incident sequalae on future employability, earning potential, career development, career plateauing and the impact of the plaintiff’s career life stage on their current and future earning potential.
